Cummings Place Income & Rent Qualification

‍Eligibility is based on GROSS annual household income (before deductions) from all sources, including wages, social security, and pensions. Student status limitations apply.

‍Minimum Requirement: Household income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.

To qualify for the 50% or 60% Initial Certification levels, your total household income must be UNDER the limits shown below:
